Click on Create Job
[optional] Add a Job Name
Select a workstation from the workstation dropdown
To schedule a job
Select the planned start time
Set/Adjust the job duration
Time duration is currently set manually but will be automated in the future
To create an unscheduled job deactivate the Schedule Job toggle
You don’t have to fill out a Start date or Duration
Jobs without a Start date are found on the job list with the status “Unscheduled”
The Agile MES will automatically list all parts available for scheduling in a table, this list includes all parts where:
The selected workstation is part of at least one step of the parts workflow
The part’s current order status is not of category “DONE“
The part's required material can be processed by the selected workstation
The part has not been processed or is not scheduled on the selected workstation in another job yet
The part has not been processed or is not scheduled at any other in another job on a workstation that supports any material from of the materials of the selected workstation AND has a printing type. This only applies if the selected workstation has a printing type.
The part is not scheduled in a different job during the chosen time slot
To Add Parts select at least one part
after adding parts to a job you can adjust the sequence quantity in this job with the + / - buttons in the quantity column
At the bottom right, finish job creation by clicking Create Job
