1. Login to the 3YOURMIND Platform as a user that has access to the organisation and admin panel.

2. Go to Administration User Panel > Users.

3. Click on Add Invite User.

4. Enter username: machine_connectivity (or similar).

5. Enter a long random password. You won’t need it later.

6. Click on Save and continue editing.

7. Enter a valid Email Address.Fill it with those infos (Make sure that “Send invitation via E-Mail…” is unchecked):

   (The E-Mail Address does not need to exist)
   

8. Click on Save.

Provide access to the organization's fulfillment partners

1. Return to the homepage of the admin panel.

2. Go to User profiles.Click on theuser you just created.

3. Make sure that the user is assigned to the correct site / domain.

4. Go back to the homepage of the the 3YOURMIND admin panel.

5. Go to Fulfillment partner.

6. Open each service under the Fulfillment partner List.

7. Add the user you created to the list of users.

8. Click on Save.
