If your company enabled Single-Sign-On, you don’t have to create an account. Instead, you will get forwarded to a sign in page of your company. Afterwards you are signed into the application.
Create a New Account
Navigate to the Primary Domain of your organization.
Click the Sign Up button.
Enter your e-mail address and Sign Up.
Once you confirm your email, input a secure password for your account and Set Password.
